Dance Mojo was created to provide free or low cost dance classes of all genres to tackle the problems assocciated with being overwieght.

At Dance Mojo, we believe that dance is a fun way to lose weight, fight disease and achieve a healthier lifestyle.
Our team consist of dance instructors, cycle instructor, holistic health practitioner and youth worker.
Dance Mojo is inclusive and provide chair dance classes suitable for the elderly, the less mobile and wheelchair users.
Referals are treated with dignity, sensitivity and compassion. We are aware that diet is not the only cause for being overwieght and there are other underlying root causes, such as depression, lonelyness, stress, poverty

We work with a variety of partners throughout Barking and Dagenham to deliver our services. These include Barking and Dagenham council volunteer services, Asda Barking, as well as local charities. We are open to working with other partners who share our vision.
